THE PROPERTY

Jahn Strasse Berlin was originally constructed in 1900 and has undergone a significant renovation from 2006 to 2008. The infrastructure of the building have been modernized during this renovation which include new water, sewage and electricity systems, along with a renewal of the facades and public areas. THE LOCATION

An annual tax filing is required by investors by German Law. Filing is performed through an affiliate CPA office and includes income from rent or sale of one or more apartments.
